The landscape lost in man
My work starts with the landscape’s experience. I’m invited in residency programm for artists and then I ‘m wandering in these new territories.
I’m collecting shapes , colors and pictural schemes. I’m taking photos and I’m using drawings to assimilate the village, the city or the waste land where i’m taking place for several months or a whole year. I’m painting what is close to me. Anything capable to interact with me.
I’m very sensitive of what is already painting in the reality. There are so many pieces of painting everywhere, unthought painting! Being a painter can be expressed just in the way how you look at something, how you frame the reality, how you cut pieces of art from the chaos of life and then bring it at the studio as precious matérials.
